These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a binding legal agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and gili58 ("gili58," "we," "us," or "our") that governs your access to and use of the gili58 platform, including all betting, gaming, casino, and related services available through the website and any associated mobile interfaces.

By registering an account on gili58, accessing any part of the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply alongside any game-specific rules, promotional terms, and the gili58 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, all of which form part of the full agreement between you and gili58. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotional terms, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The gili58 platform is available exclusively to players who meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout the lifetime of their account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions. gili58 enforces age verification during registration and may request documentary proof at any time.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of your use of the platform.
• You must be acting as an individual in your personal capacity — gili58 accounts may not be opened or operated on behalf of another person, a company, or any other legal entity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee or director of gili58 or its service providers where participation in real-money gaming would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You must not have an active self-exclusion or cooling-off period on your gili58 account or on any other gaming platform under the applicable regulatory framework.

By registering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete. Providing false eligibility information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Each eligible person may hold only one active gili58 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or any other variation — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances across all accounts may be forfeited at gili58's discretion.

Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gili58 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. gili58 will never ask for your password through email, chat, or any external communication. Any activity carried out on your account while logged in is your responsibility unless you have notified gili58 of unauthorised access. Report suspected account compromise immediately to support@gili58.com.

Identity Verification (KYC)

gili58 is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to provide a government-issued ID (PhilSys, passport, driver's licence, or similar), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit. KYC requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. gili58 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

All transactions on gili58 are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). gili58 accepts deposits through the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for most payment methods. Individual payment providers may have their own minimums which will be displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits made via e-wallets (GCash, Maya) are credited to your gili58 balance in real time. Bank transfer methods may take longer depending on the processing times of your bank.
• You may only deposit funds that belong to you and originate from a payment account in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• gili58 does not charge a fee for deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are not within gili58's control.
• gili58 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used for any deposit before processing related withdrawals.

Deposits are intended for gaming purposes only. Any attempt to use gili58 as a money transfer, currency exchange, or payment processing service outside of legitimate gaming activity is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

gili58 is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and without platform-side fees. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Requests below this amount cannot be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account in your own name that matches the name on your gili58 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Your identity must be verified (KYC completed) before your first withdrawal is processed. Subsequent withdrawals may also require verification if your account details have changed or if an unusual transaction pattern is detected.
• Only real-money balance (as distinct from bonus balance) is eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in the Bonuses section of these Terms.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals depend on bank processing schedules and may take 1–3 business days.
• gili58 charges no withdrawal fee. Any charges levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are separate from gili58's processing and not within our control.

The following general betting rules apply across all gili58 products. Game-specific rules are available within each product section on the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until gili58's system has accepted it and you have received an on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, gili58 will investigate and settle the bet fairly based on available records. If no record of the bet exists at the time of the incident, the bet is considered void and no payout will be made.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by product, event, and market. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. gili58 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice, including for individual accounts where unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected.

Obvious Errors

If an event or market is listed with clearly incorrect odds — whether due to a pricing error, data feed malfunction, or human error — gili58 reserves the right to void all bets placed on that market at the erroneous price. Players will be notified and stakes returned. "Obviously wrong" means a price that no reasonable person would believe to be an intentional offering by gili58.

Settlement and Results

All bets on gili58 are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body or event organiser. For sports betting, this means official results as declared by the league, federation, or sanctioning body at the conclusion of the event. For casino games, the game engine result is final.

Live Betting

Live in-play bets on gili58 are accepted based on the odds displayed at the time the bet is submitted. Due to the speed at which live markets move, there may occasionally be a brief delay between submission and acceptance. If the odds have changed materially during that delay, gili58 will present the updated odds for your confirmation before the bet is placed.

Void Bets

Bets are voided and stakes returned in the following circumstances: event cancellation before the minimum number of scheduled periods are completed; a listed participant withdrawing before or during an event; obvious pricing errors as described above; and events that cannot be officially verified within a reasonable settlement period. Specific void conditions for individual sports and games are listed in the relevant game rules.

gili58 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and event-specific offers. Each promotion has its own specific terms — these are published on the Promotions page and form part of these Terms. Players are responsible for reading the full terms of each promotion before claiming it.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses at gili58 are subject to wagering requirements — meaning the bonus amount must be bet a specified number of times before it is converted to real-money balance eligible for withdrawal. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of ₱10,000 before withdrawal. The wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits for each promotion are stated in the specific offer terms.

Bonus Abuse

gili58 offers promotions for the benefit of players who participate in genuine gaming activity. The following practices are considered bonus abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; systematically placing low-risk bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk; using any automated tool or third-party service to exploit promotional terms; participating in coordinated abuse with other accounts.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible promotion per player, per household, and per payment method, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are met.
• gili58 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time, subject to honoring commitments already made to players who have actively opted in.
• If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus balance is active and wagering requirements are not yet met, gili58 may remove the bonus balance prior to processing the withdrawal.

gili58 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment. Responsible gaming is not an afterthought — it is built into the platform from the account level up. The following tools are available to all gili58 players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your gili58 account. Limits take effect immediately when lowered and require a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Reminders: Configure automatic reminders that notify you of how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a break from gaming for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or up to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period your account remains accessible for withdrawals but you cannot place new bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from gili58. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately on request, and re-entry after permanent exclusion requires a minimum waiting period and assessment by the gili58 responsible gaming team.

In summary: gili58 uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors and identity verification providers is subject to strict data processing agreements.

You have the right to request access to the personal data gili58 holds about you, and to request correction of any inaccurate data. Requests should be directed to support@gili58.com. Note that certain data may be retained for regulatory compliance purposes even after account closure.

gili58 is a platform for legitimate entertainment. The following conduct is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity prohibited by Philippine law.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the gili58 platform, its software, or its data.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to interact with gili58 in a manner not consistent with normal human player behaviour.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any communication with gili58.
• Engaging in any behaviour intended to exploit errors in the platform for financial gain beyond the normal rules of the games offered.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing gili58 staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Sharing account access with any other person, or accepting payment to operate an account on behalf of another individual.

gili58 cooperates with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies as required. Where illegal activity is suspected, gili58 will take action and share relevant information with the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law.

gili58 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and while we work hard to maintain uptime and accuracy, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be error-free or available without interruption at all times.

• gili58 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or communication failures beyond our reasonable control, provided that we take reasonable steps to restore service promptly.
• gili58 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses from void bets arising from eligibility breaches or bonus abuse.
• gili58's total liability to you in relation to any single incident or series of related incidents is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time of the incident.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

The games and betting products offered on gili58 involve real financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose money and that gili58 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through your use of the platform in accordance with these Terms.

Either you or gili58 may close a gili58 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Closure by You

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support@gili58.com. Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance will be paid out to your verified payment method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus balances. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Closure by gili58

gili58 reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time where: these Terms have been materially breached; fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity is suspected; the account poses an unacceptable risk under our responsible gaming obligations; or we are required to do so by law or regulatory directive. Where possible, gili58 will provide prior notice of account closure. In cases involving suspected fraud or illegal activity, accounts may be suspended immediately without notice pending investigation.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, your right to access and use the gili58 platform terminates. Obligations that arose prior to closure — including outstanding withdrawal requests and the handling of verified balances — will be honoured in accordance with these Terms. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply after closure.

gili58 may update or amend these Terms from time to time. Changes may be made to reflect updates in applicable law or regulation, changes in the services offered on the platform, improvements to platform policies based on player feedback, or any other legitimate business reason.

Where a material change is made to these Terms, gili58 will provide reasonable notice to registered players — typically via email to the address on your account and/or a notice displayed on the platform on next login. The updated Terms will state the date on which they take effect.

Your continued use of the gili58 platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a material change, you may close your account before the change takes effect and withdraw any remaining balance.
